1.    How to order

On Innovore.ch, you can shop 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in a pleasant and comfortable way from your home or office.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Therefore it is very important that you state a valid email address.

Your order is a binding contract proposal that we accept by sending out the order confirmation or the product.

As your merchandise leaves out warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number of the Swiss Post (http://www.poste.ch/en). This way you always know the exact location of your merchandise and can prepare in time for the arrival of your parcel.
If there is an aditional delivery time, you will be notified immediately by email.

2.    Payment options

We offer 3 different methods of payment:

  1. Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard) or PostCard :

    All payments are made via a secure interface (Ogone) and the data is encrypted. The amount of your order is debited when the goods are shipped.

  2. Pre-payment:

    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with details including our bank / post accounts.We thank you to quickly proceed to the transfer since we can only process your order after reception of payment.
    Thank you also to indicate the order number as reference (eg. # 1234).

  3. Invoices: (managed by Swissbilling SA)

    Order and receive your goods but pay the invoice later. The invoice will be sent to you separately, depending on the selection made at the order, with an additional fee of CHF 0.00 to send the invoice by email and CHF 1.20 per item.

    For orders over CHF 350.-, you cannot use this payment method!

3.    Delivery time

The delivery time for each product can be found on the corresponding product page. You have 2 options :

  • In Stock: The item is in stock and shippable immediately depending on the method of payment.
  • Available in 10 - 15 days: the item is not currently in stock. It will be delivered to our warehouse and ready for shipping within a delay of 10-15 days.

For payments by prepayment, the shipment will be carried out only after receipt of payment.
If there is an additional delivery time, you will be notified immediately by email.

4.    Shipping Costs

Free Economy delivery for orders from CHF 119.- !

For orders under CHF 119.-, shipping costs depend on the delivery mode:

  • Economic shipping < to 2kg : 5 working days delivery time, CHF 7.-
  • Priority shipping < to 2kg : 2 working days delivery time, CHF 9.-
  • Economic shipping  > to 2kg : 5 working days delivery time, CHF 9.-
  • Priority shipping > to 2kg : 2 working days delivery time, CHF 11.-

In all cases, delivery cost for the total order (if ordering less than CHF 119.-) will be indicated in the shopping cart when checking out.

5.    How to use my gift voucher

First select the products that interest you. Then, go in "my cart" and continue normally.

When you checkout, simply enter your personal code printed on your gift voucher in the right section "Gift certificate code ». The amount of your purchase will be automatically deducted from your voucher.

If your purchases are less than the voucher, we will be delighted to welcome you for a future visit!

If your purchases exceed the gift certificate, you will have to pay the additional amount.

6.    Money back guarantee

If a product does not meet your expectations, you have a period of 3 days to return it at your own risk and cost, for exchange or refund. The period begins upon receipt of the merchandise.
We kindly ask you to proceed as follow :

a.    Email innovore.ch at communication@innovore.ch
b.    The item must be in its original packaging and never been used.
c.    The article will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of goods.
